I wanted to let you know that I did get a great cart for McSorley.  He is still getting used to it, but is happy to be able to get around with out dragging himself.  Thank you for this site and to all of the wonderful people who emailed me with help!!! When the time comes I will be sure to pass on his gift of walking again to someone else in need.
